Van de Nederlandse top 50-kantoren heeft Eversheds Sutherland per 1 januari 2021 het hoogste aandeel vrouwelijke partners (40%). Advocaat-stagiaire Daniëlle van de Vijver en partner Thera Adam-van Straaten over de cultuur op hun kantoor. “Vrouwen die carrière willen maken, moeten zich meer bewust zijn van de mensen met wie ze zich omringen.”
