In this podcast Marieke Koster, Taoufik Yekhlef and Bas Dieleman discuss the consequences of a transfer of undertaking within the meaning of the Acquired Rights Directive 2001/23/EC for employment conditions and for pensions. There is a distinction between the terms of employment and pensions because they are treated differently when there is a transfer of undertaking. These differences are explained in the podcast.
