Arbitration decisions are enforced through the state courts, but the losing party still has avenues of defense.
It is becoming increasingly popular in Poland for companies to include an arbitration clause in their contracts. Undoubtedly submitting disputes to arbitrators for resolution has many advantages, but it also requires a series of actions to be taken after a final award is issued - win or lose.
