Udostępnienie lokalu uchodźcom z Ukrainy - czy i jak uregulować tę kwestię?

Polacy ruszyli z pomocą uciekającym przed rosyjską inwazją Ukraińcom, udostępniając im swoje mieszkania czy pokoje. Sposób udostępnienia lokalu dla uchodźcy powinno się uregulować. Zawarcie umowy najmu bądź użyczenia może mieć formę pisemną, ustną lub nastąpić w sposób dorozumiany. Zawierając umowę na piśmie, mamy pewną kontrolę nad tym, jaki ma być zakres i sposób udostępnienia lokalu. A może po prostu udzielić tzw. gościny?
