Wierzyciele będą musieli się spieszyć. Zawezwanie do próby ugodowej nie przerwie już terminu przedawnienia. 30 czerwca 2022 roku wchodzą w życie przepisy znowelizowanego Kodeksu cywilnego dotyczące m.in. postępowania pojednawczego. Będą miały zastosowanie do postępowań ugodowych wszczętych po dniu jego wejścia w życie.
