Blue Guide 2022: Instalator oprogramowania lub pakujący może odpowiadać jak producent.

Większa odpowiedzialność podmiotów instalujących oprogramowanie lub używających części innych producentów w wyrobach medycznych, smartfonach, maszynach i innych produktach. Komisja Europejska w „Blue Guide” 2022 wyjaśnia, kiedy dochodzi do „istotnej zmiany”.

W dniu 29 czerwca 2022 r. Komisja Europejska zaktualizowała tzw. „Niebieski Przewodnik” („Blue Guide”) odnoszący się do wymogów prawnych dla produktów (maszyn, wyrobów medycznych itd.). Ostatni raz przewodnik był rewidowany w 2016 r. W aktualnej wersji zostały dodane m.in. nowe zasady dotyczące odpowiedzialności poszczególnych podmiotów w wielopodmiotowym łańcuchu dostaw.
