  • providing a single law firm model to Johnon Controls International (formerly Tyco) across more than 40 countries in EMEA an 30 outide of the region
  • acting on the $4.9bn acquisition by Doosan Infracore Co., Ltd. of Bobcat, Utility Equipment and Attachments business units of Ingersoll- Rand Company. The transaction is the largest overseas acquisition by a Korean company in Korean history
  • advising a US-based global leader in high performance fiber lasers on the acquisition of a UK-based manufacturer of complementary laser technology
  • assisting industrial clients with the implications of complying with the Modern Slavery Act, including the practicalities of interrogating the supply chain
  • drafting agreements for the supply of materials for a drone and subsequent agreements covering its exploitation and marketing
