Examples of our work

Our experience demonstrates our ability in the largest, most demanding and complex outsourcing transactions in the financial services sector

  • Acting for a global BPO outsource provider on a $1 billion+ business process outsource deal with one of the world’s largest insurance businesses, which involved the transfer of 6,000 jobs.
  • Advising a major US asset management services company on an outsourcing agreement with a Swedish bank for fund administration and transfer agency services (funds in Sweden, Finland and Luxembourg) plus certain middle office services. This was one of the largest and most prestigious deals for this client. The value of the funds under management was approximately €60 billion with services being provided in the UK, Ireland, Sweden and Luxembourg.
  • Advising a major global bank on an outsourcing of facilities management at all of their properties in the UK. The contract is one of the largest of its kind in the UK.
