We take a big stress on looking at project management. Projects can quite often last for several years and it’s most important particularly when working in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that the client has complete fee transparency and we can deal with that through a product called Deal Track, and separately in the project management approach it’s vital to ensure that issues are dealt with in the right order and the right person is giving the answer at the right time, whether that’s through a team approach or through specific legal workstreams.

We will advise clients on full options appraisals, which will be not just around the legals and the dogmatic application of “here’s a law or regulation and this is what you can’t do”, it’s more around the pragmatics of what they are trying to achieve commercially and we will work very closely alongside the finance, tax, in-house teams of the client as well as their consultants, their wider consultancy team.
