- New River Retail Limited, a UK REIT specializing in value-creating retail property investment and active asset management, on its IPO, over £700m of subsequent fundraisings and its transfer to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange
- Eurocell plc on its £175m Main Market IPO
- Investec Bank as sponsor and sole bookrunner on Sanne Group plc’s £232m Main Market IPO
- Investec Bank as nominated adviser and sole broker on Gamma Communication’s £165m AIM IPO
- Greencore on its €80m rights issue to fund its £113m takeover of Uniq plc
- Stifel Nicolaus Europe in its role as sponsor to Secure Trust Bank plc on the admission to the Main Market of the LSE
- Waterlogic on its £112.5m IPO on AIM raising £41m
- Guotai Junan as the sole sponsor, global coordinator and bookrunner for the China Creative Home Group Limited IPO
- BOCI Asia Limited as the sole global coordinator, bookrunner, sponsor and lead manager in connection with the HK$1.09 billion IPO of leading PRC pharmaceutical group, Consun Pharmaceutical Group Limited in Hong Kong
- Triangle Capital Corporation, a U.S. middle market lender, in its $119.7m follow-on equity offering
- New Mountain Finance Corp, a U.S. middle market lender and investor, in its $50m senior unsecured notes offering
- Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse and UBS Investment Bank in TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp.'s initial public offering, raising $143.7m for this U.S.-based venture growth lender
- Owl Rock Capital Corporation in connection with its $2b private placement offering to launch this New York-based private business development company
