- Advising Digital Wholesale Solutions on the sale of the company to Inflexion Private Equity for $1.3b;
- Advising the shareholders of CyrusOne on the $15bn sale of the company to KKR and GIP;
- Advising Rolls Royce on the sale of ITP Aero for €1.7bn;
- Advising Cox Enterprises on the sale of Cox Media Group's radio station portfolio and national advertising businesses for $3.1b;
- Representing Empower Retirement to acquire the full-service retirement business of Prudential Financial Inc for a total transaction value of $3.55 billion.
