- counseling the UK Financial Services Authority to work on the COLL Sourcebook
- involvement with HM Treasury and HM Revenue & Customs to resolve issues arising from changes to the stamp duty land lax regime
- advising HM Revenue & Customs on property authorized investment funds including commentary on draft legislation
- consulting on the tax transparent investment fund structure including drafting the standard documentation for the Institute of Money Advisers.
- advising a $90 billion global alternative asset manager in its enterprise-wide risk assessment
- representing a large US-based asset management firm in the sale of a private fund portfolio in connection to the wind-up of a fund-of-funds vehicle
