  • Acting for GDF SUEZ in a £100m warranty claim following its acquisition of Teesside Power Station.
  • Defending Transocean Offshore Deepwater Drilling Inc. in matters arising from the 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, including proceedings in the multidistrict litigation, third-party investigations, and government inquiries and investigations.
  • Acting for AXIO Data Holding in a complex breach of accounting warranty claim following a US acquisition
  • Representing DHL in an £80m claim for alleged misuse of confidential information
  • Representation of government authorities in challenges to nearly $600 million in public financing for the construction of new professional sports stadiums for the Atlanta Braves and the Atlanta Falcons
