Commercial litigation
Eversheds Sutherland’s Commercial business litigation team of lawyers is experienced in resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.
Eversheds Sutherland’s litigation practice was recently named a “Standout” in Class Actions by BTI in its annual Litigation Outlook as well as being listed in the “Most Feared Law Firms in Litigation.” The rankings are based on client feedback from general counsel at some of the world’s largest organizations. Our litigators are regularly singled out by their professional peers for recognition in many of the top legal directories and rankings, including Chambers USA: Guide to Leading Business Lawyers, Legal 500 United States, The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers®.
We were one of the top 3 law firms in The Lawyer’s survey for most successful FTSE 100 adviser Court representations for 2015 and 2016. Those representations included acting for National Grid, Barclays, RBS, Centrica, BAE Systems and HSBC.
