We regularly represent international landlords and tenants in virtually every kind of lease activity including retail, office, industrial, distribution and data centers. Our team has extensive experience in technical legal concepts such as indemnities, waivers of subrogation, subordination provisions, exclusive use provisions, insurance provisions, fire, casualty and condemnation provisions and provisions regarding the assumption of takeover of existing leases. However, we focus on the truly important financial provisions such as rent, build-out allowances, work letters, use provisions, assignment and subletting.

- the £750 million Grand Central Station in Birmingham, U.K.
- negotiating leases for more than 20 million square feet of warehouse and industrial leases across several U.S. states
- advising on the creation of a consortium for the development of a cultural zone within the new Lodz city center in Poland
- a renegotiation of the data center lease associated with the 21-story, 750,000-square-foot High Performance Computing Center at Georgia Institute of Technology
