Service design

Our service design team worked alongside our lawyers, legal technologists and legal project managers to process map and develop standard operating procedures as well as a collaborative technology solution to support end-to-end workflow management of privacy complaints for a large corporate.

Smart workflow solutions

We designed a smart workflow solution to help clients navigate through the administration and processing of an application for a skilled worker visa to enable our lawyers and our clients’ in-house teams to work collaboratively and flexibly on applications.

Tech-enabled solutions

We created a proprietary, tech-enabled solution to capture and analyse funds data based on the large volumes of fund reviews we undertake across the sector, in order to support our clients in better understanding market trends and enable them to benchmark.

Sevice Delivery awards

BTI Service excellence award
A team of service excellence experts from different specialisms were announced as the winners of the ‘business in law’ category of the 2020 Global Legal Hackathon in April 2021. Using design thinking techniques the team developed a mobile app for students to easily navigate rental contracts with their landlord. The event, part of the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers programme, is thought to be the biggest of its kind with participants from more than 50 cities across 25 countries around the world and brings the legal industry together with tech and innovation, with one purpose: Rapid development of solutions for improving the legal industry world-wide.
