An experienced employee benefits, pensions and executive compensation team

- implementing a stock incentive program for a global financial services company in 26 jurisdictions
- managing pension requirements for an internationally mobile workforce, including guidance on taxation and local law requirements and establishing plans for globally mobile employees
- assisting more than 60 financial services and retirement industry companies on compliance with transformative U.S. fiduciary regulations
- advising a global Fortune 30 consumer products company on employee benefits and executive compensation matters
- executing retirement benefit plan changes, closures and wind-ups in a range of different countries
- developing creative pension-plan-funding solutions including advice on funding structures designed to utilize corporate assets to manage cashflow
- designing and implementing bespoke stock incentive plans for companies coming to market for the first time
- establishing tax-efficient stock incentive plans in multiple jurisdictions
