Eversheds Sutherland advises ZAPF on structured financing in the amount of EUR 45 million

    The international legal practice Eversheds Sutherland advised ZAPF Group regarding the conclusion of a bank/bond financing in the amount of EUR 45 million. The bank financing was provided by UniCredit Bank AG, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Landesbank Saar, the bond by Zencap Asset Management and Landesbank Saar. The financing package is intended to realise the Group's development strategy. On the one hand, the company's growth and the production capacities are to be increased and, on the other hand, the carbon footprint in the production process shall be reduced.

    ZAPF GmbH is a leading manufacturer and provider of concrete prefabricated garages with its head office in Bayreuth, Germany. The Group has about 500 employees, who plan and build prefabricated garages for customers in Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. ZAPF is a subsidiary of the BASSAC Group listed in France.

    The team of Eversheds Sutherland-Team was headed by the Partner Dr. Thomas Freund (Financing, Munich) and consisted of Jens Binding (Counsel, Tax Law, Dusseldorf), Tiziana Daxenberger (Associate) and Teresa Feistle-Bertsch (Professional Support Lawyer, both Financing, Munich).
