Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum 2018

We are pleased to inform that Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns Managing partner Agris Bitāns will moderate panel discussion in this year’s main annual event for M&A and private equity players in the Baltics. Event will be held in Tallinn.
This will be a great opportunity to network with colleagues from all over the region and enjoy the programme revealing the latest trends and most intriguing case studies of Baltic transaction market. It is the largest event of its kind in the region.
The Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum is a meeting place for private equity and venture capital funds, investment bankers, advisers and consultants, company managers and shareholders. The forum will also feature Baltic M&A and Private Equity Deal Awards gala on the evening of 18 October. See who has been nominated for the awards.
Forum is organised by Sorainen and Estonian business daily Äripäev, in partnership with the Baltic business dailies Verslo žinios (Lithuania) and Dienas bizness (Latvia), the Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian Private Equity and Venture Capital Associations.
