Eversheds Sutherland Belgium has advised Cox Automotive on its successful acquisition of FleetMaster

    Eversheds Sutherland (Belgium) has advised worldwide automotive leader Cox Automotive, an Atlanta-based business unit of Cox Enterprises, on its successful acquisition of FleetMaster, a cloud-based fleet software company specialized in delivering solutions to rental companies, dealerships and automotive manufacturers.

    The Eversheds Sutherland (Belgium) team was led by Koen Devos, Partner, and Evy Verhaeghe, Principal Associate. The US aspects of this transaction have been dealt with by the Eversheds Sutherland US team in Atlanta, led by Partners David Phillips and Matthew Block. The global law firm provided advice on all legal aspects of this transaction (corporate, M&A, labour law, insurances, IT, data protection, etc.).
