Eversheds partner secures trio of roles at the ICC

    King-tak Fung, Partner and Head of Banking and Finance, Asia, at global law firm Eversheds, has been secured three prominent trade finance roles with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

    King-tak has been named co-chair of the ICC Consulting Group on the latest International Standard Banking Practice (ISBP) and is a member on the Consulting Group of Uniform Rules on Forfaiting. He has also been named as a member of the ICC Drafting Group on the Revision of the Documentary Instruments Dispute Resolution Expertise (DOCDEX) Rules.

    Advising on all kinds of commercial banking transactions and specialising in International Trade law and practice, King-tak's clients include the majority of international and Chinese banks.

    King-tak Fung said:

    “It is a great honour to be selected for each of these roles. The ICC guidance in this area is based on technical knowledge and practical experience and I hope that my expertise as a former banker and currently a legal practitioner can assist with these important areas of international trade finance.”
