Agnieszka Chylińska began her career at Wierzbowski Eversheds in 2008 and qualified as a legal adviser in 2011. She handles real estate projects and complex infrastructure projects, and has participated in such matters as the ETC electronic toll collection project and the European electronic toll collection project, as well as public-private partnership projects for the cities of Warsaw and Łódź and national rail line administrator PKP PLK.

Dr Piotr Kunicki joined the firm in 2011, bringing with him several years of experience in public procurement and real estate. At Wierzbowski Eversheds he has advised on such matters as the tender for implementation of the ETC electronic toll collection system, and contributed greatly to public procurement procedures for a project for the City of Łódź. He has also advised such clients as Rafako, PUT Intercor, Fluor, HHLA, PKP PLK and Samsung. Dr Aleksandra Kunkiel-Kryńska has been affiliated with the firm since 2006. Previously she co-founded the European Consumer Centre at Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and held internships at the European Commission in Brussels and in other international law firms. In 2012 she earned a doctorate in European law. She advises clients on contract law, consumer law, and public procurement. She is the author of numerous publications and also a co-author of the procurement blog EuroZamówienia, the IP and tech blog IP w sieci, and the Procurement Explorer app.

Adam Nierzwicki joined the law firm in 2012. He advises corporate clients on hiring and employment terminations (including through group layoff procedures), employee transfers, and non-competition agreements. He is also experienced in drafting internal regulations for employers and rules concerning working time and systems, equal treatment of employees and non-discrimination, employee monitoring and processing of personal data of employees, as well as employment litigation. He is the co-author of the employment law blog kodeks W pracy.

Krzysztof Wierzbowski, managing partner of Wierzbowski Eversheds, commented: “An important element of annual evaluations is their contribution to the growth of the law firm, but first and foremost the professional development of individual lawyers. Promotions at the beginning of the New Year provide recognition for professional accomplishments, commitment, and skill at managing relations with clients, particularly in complex projects. We are pleased to welcome Agnieszka Chylińska, Dr Piotr Kunicki, Dr Aleksandra Kunkiel-Kryńska and Adam Nierzwicki to our team of Senior Associates, and wish them challenges and success in their work every day.”
