Tomasz Zalewski as co-founder of the Public Procurement Law Association

On 3 February 2017, the Association of Public Procurement Law was established. Tomasz Zalewski, a partner in charge of the public procurement practice at Wierzbowski Eversheds Sutherland  is one of the founding members of the Association.
The aim of the Association of Public Procurement Law is the exchange of knowledge in the field of public procurement law (which also includes issues relating to PPPs and concessions), including learning from international best practice and promoting professional ethics among people working in this field of law. The Association is also to be a platform that will allow for active participation of the legal environment in the public debate concerning public procurement system and practical application of relevant provisions.
Immediately after the registration of the Association of Public Procurement Law its authorities will take measures to extend the circle of its members with recognised lawyers, whose knowledge and experience will help create solutions favourable to all participants of the public procurement market in Poland.
