Business Brunch. Cross-border tax disputes: trends and strategies for their successful resolution

  • Russia

On 6 May 2019, the Federal Tax Service issued a review of court disputes on the application of provisions of international tax treaties and on the misuse of legislation in cross-border transactions. In our opinion, this is an excellent opportunity to talk about current trends in international tax disputes, as well as to analyze the methodology of tax dispute management. This will also avoid you the trouble of delving into similar tax reviews from the Tax Service in the future.
