Eversheds Sutherland has advised Klimatpartner

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised the founders of Klimatpartner in connection with the formation of Nordic Climate Group, a Swedish leading group for technical energy solutions. 

    Already from start, Nordic Climate Group consists of 20 businesses and 12 franchisees with a total turnover of SEK 1.3 billion and some 500 employees. Nordic Climate Group is the holding company created by a nation wide network of local cooling businesses, together with Capillar Equity.    

    Eversheds Sutherland's team consisted of Jens André, Victor Sundh and Joel Olsson.
