    Eversheds Sutherland has advised the sellers in connection with the divestment of the majority stake in Järven Ecotech AB to PEQ Invest III.

    Headquartered in Örnsköldsvik, Järven Ecotech AB reached revenues and EBIT amounting to approximately 21 MSEK and nearly 14 MSEK respectively.

    Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Jens André and Dane Stattin.
