    Eversheds Sutherland advises JonDeTech Sensors AB on SEK 42.4 million rights issue of units.

    JonDeTech is a deep tech company developing products based on nanotechnology, aimed to increase energy efficiency and safety of electricity products (www.jondetech.se/en/). The company is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, ticker: JDT. The subscription period starts on 21 November 2022.

    Eversheds Sutherland’s team consists of Kevin Holmkvist, Elsa Economou and Johan Engström. Vator Securities acts as financial advisor and issuer agent to JonDeTech.
