    Eversheds Sutherland has advised Aprendere Skolor AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of Labanskolan in Uppsala.  
     
    Labanskolan is an independent special school for grades 1-9 and upper secondary school. The school also provides short-term supervision, short-term accommodation and daily activities. 
     
    Aprendere operates a total of 14 units in primary school, primary special school, upper secondary school and upper secondary special school. The company was founded in 2008 with the acquisition of the Skolgrunden primary school. Additional schools have since been organically started or acquired. 
     
    Aprendere currently has around 1,300 students and 335 employees. Most of the schools are located in Stockholm County and the surrounding area, but there are also operations in Anderstorp, Falköping and Östersund, among others.   
           
    Eversheds Sutherland's team consisted of Jens André and Victor Sundh.
