    Eversheds Sutherland has advised ELLWEE AB (publ) on their acquisition of all shares in Upplands Bilforum Fritid, based in Uppsala. 

    Upplands Bilforum Fritid is one of the largest resellers of caravans and motorhomes in Sweden and represent brands such as Kabe and Adria.
