    Eversheds Sutherland advised SMART VALOR on its IPO on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. 
     
    SMART VALOR was founded in 2017 in Switzerland and is a financial technology company operating a digital asset and cryptocurrency exchange. As a fully compliant exchange, authorized by the financial supervisory authority of Liechtenstein, SMART VALOR provides custody, trading and brokerage to customers from 130 countries.
     
    Eversheds Sutherland's team consisted of Johan Engström and Rasmus Nordfäldt Laws from the Stockholm office and Oliver Beldi and Dr. Lorenz Raess from the Bern office. Mangold Fondkommission acted as financial advisor to SMART VALOR.
