    Eversheds Sutherland has advised Savino Del Bene in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in Reachlog, a modern forwarding company offering flexible logistic solutions. 

    Savino Del Bene, which bears the name of its founder, was established in Florence in 1899 and is a global company specializing in logistics and supply chain management, and offering a variety of services for ocean, air and truck shipments around the world. 

    With more than 5,000 employees located in 60 countries, Savino Del Bene can easily manage complex shipments and provide custom made solutions that meet the needs of any business worldwide.
