Eversheds Sutherland has advised Zordix

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised fast-growing Swedish game developer and publisher Zordix AB (publ) in relation to a share purchase agreement to acquire all the issued shares in Merge Games Limited. Merge Games is an independent global publisher and developer of games for PC and other consoles. Through the acquisition, Zordix AB (publ) strengthens its publishing capacity.

    Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Victor Sundh, Robert Cooper and Tom Jackson, led by partners Ulrika Sparrman (M&A), Giles Dennison (M&A) and Johan Engström (Capital Markets).
