    Eversheds Sutherland has advised the owners of Eatery in connection with SEB Private Equity investing  and becoming new growth partner in the company.    

    Eatery is a Swedish fast-growing concept chain for food and meetings. Eatery has ten restaurants and conference facilities in the Stockholm region and Lund and ten production kitchens in Stockholm, Lund and Uppsala.    

    Eversheds Sutherland's team consisted of Jens André and Joel Olsson.
