Eversheds Sutherland has advised the owners of IT-HUSET

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised the owners of IT-HUSET Holding i Norden AB in connection with the entering into of an agreement whereby Mirovia Nordic AB (publ) acquires all shares in IT-HUSET. 

    IT-HUSET was founded in 1997 and has competencies throughout all fields of digitalization - anything from project management, requirements management and testing, architecture and development to Cloud, UX and mobile solutions. 

    During the financial year 2021, IT-HUSET reported net sales of SEK 220.5 million and EBITDA of SEK 26.3 million.  

    The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in August 2022.
