Eversheds Sutherland has advised Zordix

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised fast-growing Swedish game developer and publisher Zordix AB (publ) in relation to an agreement to acquire Maximum Games, Inc and MG Team, Inc, including their respective subsidiaries in Brazil, UK and Ireland (“Maximum”). Eversheds Sutherland has also advised on the company’s SEK 250 million directed issue on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

    Maximum is a full-service video game publisher and distributor with over 300 titles in its catalogue and operates independent publishing label Modus Games.

    Eversheds Sutherland's M&A team mainly consisted of Ulrika Sparrman and Anna Thoms from the Stockholm office, Lance Phillips and Evan Johnson from the Chicago office, and the capital markets team consisted of Johan Engström, Kevin Holmkvist and John Edgren from the Stockholm office.
