    Eversheds Sutherland has advised Alimak Group in connection with its conclusion of a share purchase agreement regarding the acquisition of all shares in Dataline i Borås AB.

    Dataline i Borås AB develops smart and cost-effective embedded systems for control and optimization of elevator applications and has been a strategic supplier to Alimak Group for many years.

    Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Ulf Jonsson, Richard Jacobsson and Victor Sundh.
