    Eversheds Sutherland has advised Connecting Capital Sweden AB in connection with the divestment of the majority shareholding in the Götessons group to the investment fund Accent Equity 2017 L.P.

    In 2018, the Götessons group had net sales of approximately SEK 300 million, having grown on average 18% per year since 2015. In total, the group has approximately 100 employees.

    Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Jens André, Philip Heilbrunn, Stefan Fagerbring, Alicia Gallo, Victor Sundh and Maja Uppgren.
