Eversheds Sutherland has advised AcadeMedia

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised AcadeMedia on the acquisition of the pre- and compulsory school and leisure-time centre Stockholms Internationella Montessoriskola, which since 2009 provide education in central Stockholm. The school has approximately 800 children and students enrolled and employs some 125 staff.

    Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Jens André, Andrea Biró, Stefan Fagerbring, Elvira Näs, Joel Olsson, Anne Riegnell and Victor Sundh.
