    Eversheds Sutherland advised Hemply Balance Holding AB (publ) on its #IPO on NGM Nordic SME.

    Hemply Balance is a hemp product brand founded, created and designed in Sweden.

    Eversheds Sutherland’s team consisted of Jakob Perä (Associate), Linda Kempe (Partner, Health & Life Sciences) and Johan Engström (Partner, Capital Markets).
