Eversheds Sutherland has advised JCE in connection with the acquisition of Jobro Sheet Metal Technology AB from Fouriertransform AB.
Jobro is the leading manufacturer in Sweden of prototypes and low-volume series of complex sheet metal parts and the ambition is to expand the business and become Europe's leading manufacturer. Jobro is a comprehensive supplier with deep knowledge in materials technology, toolmaking and production technology. Through short lead times and high product quality, the company has developed into a leading supplier of prototypes and short series of complex sheet metal parts. The company currently has 120 employees and the turnover for 2019 was approximately SEK 180 million. Jobro AB serves customers in the automotive, construction, aerospace and heavy manufacturing industries. Production takes place in both Ulricehamn and Jönköping, where the company has offices and production facilities.
Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Jens André, Mattias Dacker, Stefan Fagerbring, Anna Lindsö, Elvira Näs, Dane Stattin, Victor Sundh and Jenny Wernberg.
