Eversheds Sutherland har företrätt Sdiptech

    Eversheds Sutherland har företrätt Sdiptech AB (publ) i samband med försäljningen av aktierna i Tello Service Partner AB till Fasadgruppen Norden AB för en kontant köpeskilling om 60 miljoner SEK på kassa- och skuldfri basis.

    Sdiptech är en teknikkoncern med huvudfokus på infrastruktursegment som är kritiska för välfungerande samhällen och välfärd, exempelvis vatten & sanitet, el & automation, energieffektivitet & luftklimat och transport. Som en del av erbjudandet i storstadsområden erbjuds också nischade tekniska tjänster för fastigheter. Sdiptech omsätter ca 2 000 miljoner SEK och har sitt säte i Stockholm.
