    Eversheds Sutherland har företrätt ägarna av Järven Health Care i samband med att Syst’am, ett franskt bolag inom med tech, förvärvar en majoritetsandel i bolaget.

    Järven Health Care erbjuder produkter till sjukvård, akutvård, hemsjukvård, äldreomsorg, psykiatri och specialinrättningar. Järven Health Care har mer än 40 års erfarenhet i branschen av tillverkning av madrasser till sjukvårdssektorn.

    Eversheds Sutherlands team har bestått av Jens André och Joel Olsson.
