Eversheds Sutherland har företrätt Latour

    Eversheds Sutherland har företrätt Investment AB Latour (publ) som, via sitt dotterbolag Bemsiq AB, tecknat ett avtal om att förvärva 70 procent av aktierna av Elektroniksystem i Umeå AB. Grundarna kvarstår som delägare med 30 procent av aktierna.

    Elsys är en internationellt ledande tillverkare och säljare av LoRaWAN®-sensorer till applikationer för smarta fastigheter och städer.
