Tillämpning av UTP-lagen – vad har hänt sedan 1 november?

    I slutet av förra året infördes UTP-lagen, som förbjuder bolag att använda vissa avtalsvillkor gentemot leverantörer vid köp av jordbruks- och livsmedelsprodukter. Vid överträdelser av lagen riskerar bolag betydande sanktionsavgifter. Vi har gjort en översyn över hur lagen hittills har tillämpats av Konkurrensverket. Läs vår artikel här.
