    Eversheds Sutherland har företrätt Eyeonid Group AB (publ) (EyeonID) vid tecknandet av avtal om att förvärva 100 procent av aktierna i Bolder Sweden AB (Bolder) med dotterbolag. Transaktionen är villkorad av bolagsstämmas godkännande.

    Bolder är ett bolag som utvecklat en banbrytande peer-to-peer plattform inom data privacy.

    EyeonID är ett ledande bolag inom proaktivt dataskydd och genom förvärvet av Bolder breddar EyeonID portföljen från proaktivt dataskydd och dataövervakning till aktivt dataskydd och dataägarskap
