Eversheds Sutherland har företrätt AcadeMedia

    Eversheds Sutherland har företrätt AcadeMedia i samband med förvärv av för- och grundskolan samt fritidshemmet Stockholms Internationella Montessoriskola, som sedan 2009 bedriver utbildningsverksamhet i centrala Stockholm. Cirka 800 barn och elever går på Stockholms Internationella Montessoriskolas för- och grundskola som totalt har cirka 125 medarbetare.

    Eversheds Sutherlands team har primärt bestått av Jens André, Andrea Biró, Stefan Fagerbring, Elvira Näs, Joel Olsson, Anne Riegnell och Victor Sundh.
