    Nemovitostní tým Eversheds Sutherland poskytoval právní poradenství pro Raiffeisen investiční společnost při akvizici společnosti vlastnící datové centrum v Praze. Jedná se o jedno z nejmodernějších datových center v České republice.

    Akvizice představuje další významné rozšíření a diverzifikaci rostoucího portfolia Raiffeisen realitního fondu. V týmu advokátní kanceláře Eversheds Sutherland se na transakci podílela partnerka Dominika Veselá a advokát Rudolf Kristian.
