    Advokátní kancelář Dvořák Hager & Partners zastupovala investiční a realitní skupinu Trikaya při akvizici společnosti Bainbridge Czech Republic Brno Vídeňská Hyper s.r.o. od LDV Management Bainbridge Holding S.C.A. ze skupiny Aerium. Společnost Bainbridge Czech Republic Brno Vídeňská Hyper s.r.o. je spoluvlastníkem obchodního centra Futurum v Brně. Naše právní služby zahrnovaly komplexní due diligence, přípravu transakční a finanční dokumentace a podporu při jejím vyjednávání.
