    Prag, den 18.01.2021 – Die Anwaltskanzlei Eversheds Sutherland leistete umfassende Rechtsberatung für den offenen Immobilieninvestmentfonds Conseq beim Erwerb des Retail Parks Poděbradská in Prag - Vysočany. Der im Mai 2019 eröffnete Retail Park wurde von den Projektentwicklungs- und Investmentgruppen KPD Group und Exafin erworben. Die Rechtsberatung enthielt eine umfassende Due Diligence und die Vorbereitung und Ausverhandlung der Transaktionsunterlagen. Das Immobilienteam von Eversheds Sutherland wurde von der Partnerin Dominika Veselá geleitet, weitere Teammitglieder waren der Rechtsanwalt Rudolf Kristian und die Konzipientin Martina Benešová. Der erfolgreiche Akquisitionsabschluss fand im Januar d. J. statt.
