    Die Anwaltskanzlei Eversheds Sutherland vertrat die Verkäuferin beim Verkauf der Gesellschaft DENWEL spol. s r.o. an die Unternehmensgruppe Bucher Unipektin, den führenden Schweizer Lieferanten von Komplettanlagen zur Herstellung von Fruchtsäften, Bierfiltrationsanlagen, Vakuum- und Lyophilisationstrocknern sowie Schlammpressen.

    DENWEL spol. s r.o. ist ein in Tschechien seit 1997 tätiges Unternehmen, das Anlagen für Brauereien weltweit entwirft, herstellt und installiert. Das Unternehmen hat seinen Sitz in Prag, seine Produktionsstätte befindet sich in Havlíčkův Brod.
