    Prag, den 13.04.2021 – Das Immobilienteam Eversheds Sutherland leistete umfassende Rechtsberatung für die Investmentgesellschaft Expandia, a.s. beim erfolgreichen Erwerb des Industrieparks in Červený Kostelec. Der Erwerb erfolgte in Form des Kaufs von 100 % Anteilen an zwei Unternehmen – Industrial Park CK s.r.o. und IPCK II s.r.o. – die sich im Besitz des Industrieparks befinden. Der Industriepark wurde in zwei Stufen umgesetzt, von denen die erste in 2010 und die zweite in 2019 abgeschlossen wurde. Der Park umfasst Logistik- und Produktionshallen mit Büroräumen und eine Gesamtmietfläche von 27 904 m2.

    Die Rechtsberatung umfasste eine umfassende Due Diligence sowie die Erstellung und Verhandlung von Transaktionsunterlagen.

    Die Expandia Gruppe gehört zu den etablierten privaten Gruppen, die seit 1995 auf dem tschechischen und mitteleuropäischen Investmentmarkt tätig sind. Das Team von Eversheds Sutherland wurde von der Partnerin Dominika Veselá geführt. Weitere Mitglieder waren der Rechtsanwalt Rudolf Kristian und die Konzipientin Martina Benešová.
